Pre-preparation for Setting-up Factory
Vastu Ashta Muhurta Schedule is calculated to start bhumi poojan and digging, laying foundation, erection of structure, laying sheds or first roof, installation of main door, installation of key machines, first pilot run of machines, starting production, opening new bank account and booking the first sale.
Vastu Ashta Muhurta for office and showroom are calculated separately
This helps to set targets for building contractor, architect, Industrial consultant and machine supplier to complete project in timelines
Basic building zoning is planned at this stage after detailed study of your total Production process
Key layout drawings for Building blocks, Entrances, Weighing Platform, Electricity Room, ETP, STP, Generator Room, Labour huts, water, earthing and rainwater harvesting borings are provided
Keeping future expansions in mind, Master Plan is planned for phase wise construction if land size is large then present requirement
Planning of the Key Processes
Key processes are placed in ideal directions, after detailed study of your total Production process (on Key production process flow chart provided by your consultant), starting from intake of raw material to dispatch location of finished goods.
A critical study of key processes responsible for quality and rejection by customer is done
This study is of prime importance for success of a factory and to locate these processes in right direction as per Vastu
Then placement of ancillary utilities for the key processes is planned
Placement of key processes is done as per vastu in multiple rounds of discussion with your industrial consultant to ensure practical aspects
Finalized drawings are shared with you after vetting from industrial and architectural consultants
Plans of Machine Layouts, Lab, Q.C, Packaging, Goods Lifts, etc.
Detailing of Proposed Machine layouts is done as per MahaVastu, ensuring optimum production and maintaining quality on each step of the process.
Cabins or locations of key persons is fixed on production floors
Colour of Floor, Machine and Walls
Colours of interior and external walls, floors and machines are recommended.
Planning of Office and Showroom, Cabins of Production Managers, Stairs and Toilets
After receiving proposed office plan (Auto Cad File) from your architect and KRA of each person (Excel File) from your HR, each person is placed in right direction based on his/her responsibility.
To attract automatic sales - showroom or products are placed in ideal direction

Flow of Construction and Regular Monitoring Schedule
To make highly positive and auspicious building, our ancient Vastu Shastra texts provide very practical guidelines on flow of construction.
Before starting, finishing construction and after starting new Factory, site is visited by Vastu Shastri Khushdeep Bansal

This schedule is given to you in advance after receiving the construction schedule from your architect/contractor
